Zamorin
Zamorin is an impressive 16 hand Lusitano gelding born June 2004 in Brazil. He exhibits an incredible work ethic and is currently schooling Prix St George along with Piaffe and Passage. Eight of the horses we have imported and trained have reached the FEI level. Three of these Brookisde Lusitanos have won open Grand Prix competitions. Zamorin has everything (gaits, disposition and talent) and we believe he is one of the most promising Grand Prix prospects we have had the pleasure to train and offer for sale.

Van Gogh
Van Gogh is a striking buckskin stallion with a splendid flowing mane characteristic of a well bred Lusitano. He is 15’1 hands and born in 2003. This extremely calm well mannered horse is 3rd level and developing exceptional Paiffe and Passage. Van Gogh is reliable in the dressage court or on the trail exhibiting a huge walk and a blast to ride.

Xshano
Xshano is a 16 hand beautiful dark buckskin Lusitano gelding born in 2003. Sensitive yet reliable in a busy arena or out and about. Xshano is an extremely attractive horse with 3 good gaits who is fun to ride. Xshano is very easy to handle and loves people.

We have a select group of young Lusitano fillys and colts that were born at Brookside. The sires are proven stallions. Both Pensamento and Portugal have won many Grand Prix competitions and produce clear minded offspring with winning movement. We only breed to mares that have shown their talent as a dressage mounts. If you are considering a young dressage prospect these Brookside raised youngsters are worth your consideration.
Eloquent
Eloquent is a 3 year old filly out of Portugal the Grand Prix Champion of Brazil. Her mother is a champion mare that Brookside owned in Brazil. She is very easy to handle and loves attention. A future star for sure!

Edwardo

Ebony
Ebony is a 3 year old filly born at Brookside. Her father is the Champion Grand Prix Stallion Pensamento. Her mother is a champion mare owned by Brookside. Both parents have wonderful temperaments and the mare has been ridden and shown to have great potential as a dressage horse. Pensamento is winning in the Grand Prix arena in very competitive shows against top riders and horses.
